Never. All our contracts are month-to-month and you can freely opt-out at any point. We do recommend at least 3 months to fully optimise the ads and test the strategies, but this is only a recommendation.

We have three departments - Lead Generation, Lead Nurturing & Appointment Booking.

Lead generation typically consists of Meta (Facebook) paid ads, although we, upon client's request, can experiment with Google Ads. The Meta ads are ran through your account that we get access to (only your ad account, we won't have control over you Facebook account). Your payment card will be directly connected here, so we will never come in contact with your ad-spend money. The Meta ads are optimised for lead generation and are highly moldable to fit your ideal customer (e.g. 40-65 year old homeowners from Los Angeles in the market for a new kitchen - Meta Ads are scarily specific, which means they are scarily profitable). We will consistently split test different ad-creatives, offers, CTAs, etc. to make sure we always have a highly efficient advertisement.

Lead nurturing takes place after we've generated the leads. This is also known as CRM. The lead will go through our pipeline where they are qualified by us and our AI-chatbots (not the annoying ones you are used to!), so you can focus on other tasks. The things we will do are SMS & possibly voicemails (pre-recorded by you, automated and sent by us) to gauge the lead's quality. Normally the phone number we use (a separate one to yours) gets automatically forwarded to you if the lead calls, however we strive to minimise this so you have less work. If you miss their call, however, don't worry - Our system automatically follows up with that lead.

Appointment setting occurs after the lead is qualified - They will be booked directly into your calendar, ready to be serviced by you.
